Designed within the constraints of a compact site, this addition combines a single-car garage, living and music room, and a separate bedroom suite. Positioned above the garage, the upper-level living space captures natural light through clerestory glazing and carefully considered setbacks, creating bright and comfortable interiors despite the building’s northern boundary location.
